Schedule for Elementary Student Progress Reports
2011-2012
1st Quarter

Classroom & Special Area teachers may begin to input grades.
Students who change classrooms after October 5 shall be
graded by sending teacher by hand and the grades shall be input
by the receiving teacher.
November 6 (Sunday Midnight)
Last day to input grades; attendance includes up to and
through November 4, 2011.
November 9, 17, 29,
December 1
Hold report cards for November/December conferences
2nd Quarter

January 5, 2012 (Thursday)
Classroom & Special Area teachers may begin to input
grades. Students who change classrooms after December
14 shall be graded by the sending teacher by hand and the
grades shall be input by the receiving teacher.
January 24 (Tuesday Midnight)
Last day to input grades; attendance includes up to and
through January 24, 2012.
January 27 (Friday)
Report cards go home
3rd Quarter
