Hospital's "Medical Home" provides full primary care and
outpatient services for the entire family, from babies to great
grandparents - all in one convenient location on the McClellan
Campus:
- Annual
physical exams, immunizations, sick visits, follow up care,
adolescent mental health services, OB/GYN care and specialty
referrals.
- Dental
care for teeth cleaning, annual check-ups, fillings,
extractions and more.

Mammograms, x-rays, emergency care, blood work, day surgery,
diabetes education, wound care, physical therapy and sleep
disorders center.

Ellis' special experts help connect families to the medial
care the need and to other services in the community.

Transportation:
Can't get there? Ellis' Medical Home Shuttle
stops at eight locations in Schenectady, Monday-Friday, 12:30 -
1:30 pm and brings you to the McClellan Campus for your medical
care.
