Schenectady High School
The Teen Empowerment and Mentoring Program

The Teen Empowerment and Mentoring (TEAM) Program is coordinated by Schenectady High School, in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady.

The TEAM Program matches high school students on the brink of success with caring adults.

By meeting with a committed mentor every week, students gain the confidence and skills they need to realize their full potential and achieve academic success.

TEAM is made possible by a Mentoring Grant from the Schenectady City School District and the United States Department of Labor. The grant was awarded to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady in January 2011.
